★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建築物具有景觀美感 ，前庭優雅 ，展廳尚可 ，但是奇怪的是美術館內的洗手間卻不讓使用 ，而在外部屬於美術館與演藝廳公用廁所維護的卻不甚清潔 ，甚至走在外圍的馬路上仍然聞到廁所陣陣臭位 ，文化局長和新竹縣美術館長是否有盡心管理 ？一處美術館 ，讓民眾觀賞美麗畫展的場所 ，卻是如此差的環境衛生 ！
