★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五峰鄉位於新竹縣西南隅，境內超過三千至兩千多公尺的高山林立，分為大隘、桃山、花園、竹林四村，境內居民全是由台灣原住民 泰雅族及賽夏族兩大族、僅有少部份客家族群及外省人分佈，為新竹縣人口最少的高山鄉鎮。
桃山村是由數個部落所組成，也可算是五峰鄉的中心。桃山村的部落有洞口部落、桃山部落、黑崮部落、民都有部落、清泉部落、土場部落、白蘭部落、石路部落、民生部落……等。村內也擁有許多知名景點，如清泉溫泉、霞喀羅國家步道、霞喀羅楓林步道、白蘭休閒農場、喜翁瀑布、八仙瀑布、雪霸國家公園……等。
Wufeng Township is located in the southwest of Hsinchu County. It has more than 3,000 to 2,000 meters of high mountains and is divided into four villages: Datun, Taoshan, Garden and Zhulin. The residents are all Taiwanese aborigines Atayal and Saisiya. The ethnic group, with only a small number of guest families and other provinces, is the lowest mountain town in Hsinchu County.
Taoshan Village is composed of several tribes and can also be regarded as the center of Wufeng Township. The tribes of Taoshan Village include Dongkou Tribe, Taoshan Tribe, Heihe Tribe, Mindu Tribe, Qingquan Tribe, Tuchang Tribe, Bailan Tribe, Shilu Tribe, Minsheng Tribe, etc. The village also has many well-known attractions, such as Qingquan Hot Spring, Xiakaruo National Trail, Xiakaruo Fenglin Trail, Bailan Leisure Farm, Xiong Waterfall, Baxian Waterfall, Xueba National Park, etc.
