★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it is a good place to walk and relax because there is a beautiful river between the two streets. Our government has set up some installation arts to let the moat looks more beautiful.
Additionally, there are many fish in the river and there will have some birds to rest here from time to time. Sitting in a chair beside the river and enjoying such a beautiful scenery will make you feel very good! There are also a variety of shops nearby where you can go shopping and buy something to eat! There are also many restaurants here. After gathering with your friends, you can have a walk around the moat, and then you will have wonderful day!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small park that runs along the city moat will plenty of seats at sit on and nice decoration. The park is well maintained with a few areas for performance. Currently there are also some exhibits from the light festival. If the day is not too hot it’s a pleasant walk along the length of moat (there is a nice recently renovated library with exhibitions at one end). If you’re hungry I’d recommend the nearby taco house at the train station and or the food market at the city hall end (if it’s the evening).
