是很適合來運動的地方，風景好，無聊也可以到旁邊公園走走
但如果想要跑步強烈不建議假日來
會不知道自己在跑步在是在閃人
蠻危險的
平常也都會有警衛在旁邊顧
所以如果穿跟鞋等等進入的違規行為很快就會被提醒

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that gyms are closed this is a great alternative. Every one is all about their own business. Lots of space. And although masked running takes some getting used to, you can get in that cardio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really good place to do moderate exercises. I usually do rope jumping at the portico next to the athletic field, then jog for some loops. Because it is an outdoor place, you don't have to wear a mask while you are exercising. By the way, there is free drinking water provided right beside the field. You can have a mind blowing drinking after sweating a lot.
