除非在地人對地形很熟，在觀光交通要道上，根本是在為難觀光客！！
服務人員不在站上，是要如何面對面詢問溝通呢？服務單位冷漠放個電話號碼！但以人為本的態度較佳。

司機很不耐煩邊抽菸的回答.
在客運站搭車亭大眾來往的地方可以抽菸喔
真的有待加強
