★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 力推牛肉麵！歷經8小時熬煮的湯頭，瀝除了雜質後，保留了自然的甘甜。牛肉選用了8分腱肉帶了2分筋再燉煮到入口即化。當然不能少了手工寬麵條，彈牙的口感又帶點嚼勁。老老闆的家傳酸菜，是這碗牛肉麵的第二種風味，鹹香帶微辣，讓湯頭彷彿海浪般洶湧地襲來。
