真的會被氣死 貨運系統從12/25到現在12/30顯示兩次另跟客戶約時間 從這幾天完全沒有收到任何物流司機的電話通知 第二次的時候我打去貴公司的客服 請麻煩告知司機送貨是否可以打電話通知一下 不然我平日都要上班 無法親自收貨 請司機幫我下午的時候配送 電話也回應我說好,會再跟司機告知 結果第二次下午等一整天完全沒有收到任何門鈴,電話。 就在昨天12/29中午的時候 土城營業所打電話表示我的是海外包裹有淋濕,有任何問題不負責 我也同意,自己說12/29的晚上會幫我送達貨物 我詢問是今天嗎 也說對 問晚上何時送 表示不確定因為要過年物流大 ? 好 這些我都能體諒!!! 我12/29從下午4點半等待到晚上10點 完全沒有一通司機電話通知和門鈴的聲音= = 實在真的扯..... 我是會心電感應知道包裹要來了是嘛??

老實講,我只想給負負評。苦等「3週」的「24小時速達」貨,經主動催問才獲知包裹被弄破損,但補送時間卻也遙遙無期…….回想以前有收過這家不同的外務送的貨,訝異的是他們的口氣都極不耐煩+態度也都很差,真搞不懂這家的主管都沒感覺嗎?貨是不是在倉庫不見了也沒人通知,貨被查出被運送員弄破損後,補送時間也是沒下聞…. 這是我見識過最「慢」的快遞?

送貨說打電話沒接,後來要求改送到公司,過了三天都沒有送,第四天才說到了但人已居家上班....之後說可不可以直接放在中和營運所,司機表示因為已經拖太久和轉運過一次不行,但到貨時間根本沒告知大概不可能每天都在等,只能妥協在土城站自取。 更扯的是之後到土城站取貨,大排長龍至少10人以上,排了將近半小時都沒員工來關切,後來有人去詢問才發現負責的員工去總部,很弔詭的是一個直接面對客戶的職位居然沒有代理人或者其他人協助,然後就放著讓客戶等........目前是第一次遇到自取的營業所會這樣。 可惜購物無法選擇物流,不然一定不會選擇新竹貨運,給一顆星還算是高估。

最爛物流沒有之一 1.態度惡劣 ->司機大哥的態度都很差,口氣很不耐煩且粗暴無禮,無論疫情與否都不送上樓,抽菸嚼檳榔的送貨真的令人很不舒服 2.虛假送貨 ->遇過好幾次,在家等包裹,明明就沒送,也沒有跟我聯絡。遲遲收不到貨去查了物流動態,竟然是無法聯絡預計退回!虛假送貨,超怒! 3.物流嚴重延遲 ->已經入庫超過1周了,還在分貨中,到底有沒有人上班阿!!
