★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 靠近新莊捷運站距離5分鐘路程，附近還有黃昏市場，及規模很大的宏泰泰傳統市場、緊鄰中華路、公園路、新泰路、復興路一、二段，附近都有不錯的美食小吃,生活機能非常方便。
體育館有面積很大的公園綠地，適合附近居民在此運動做休閒活動。
還有棒球場、游泳池.....多項體育運動場。也常常舉辦大型的運動賽事。

*不建議開汽車前往，會是駕駛的夢魘
*騎機車可以在新莊捷運站附近先找車位
硬體設施： 因為有兩隻職業籃球隊認養，硬體方面算是有職業的水準，但座位少數是需要再維修。
缺點：
1.有比賽的時候，手機完全沒有訊號，完全沒有！ 連基本的電話都打不出去，網路就別說了。
2.動線，可能是因為疫情所以僅有一個入口進出，進場跟離場就會人擠人，相對社交距離就沒有了。
