樓層是電梯卡，一張只能到一層，也沒有事先說好，電梯卡跟警衛講話不清楚，給的卡還是隔壁棟的，後續還要在自己爬五層樓。這樣的服務以及態度真的給您們一顆星。就是要留言讓大家知道您們的對待客人的態度。
