★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wifi in the room. Very rude and nasty front desk people. Worst service ever. Don't come here if you have other place to stay within 100 miles. It's gonna be such a waste of your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It may have past it’s prime day but the old charm (marble floor) remains. The walk over the suspension bridge is a thrill. Hot spring water is piped to the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hot spring is nice. Breakfast is a bit plain. Room is a bit small and it is only the regular bath tub in the room for spring water bath. Overall, it is a good experience for us during the stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very relaxing hot spring. This place is clean and good price. You can stay for whole day enjoy breakfast walking around hot spring and have a dinner or just hot spring for two hours. The room has a bed which is good for family.
