如果可以有負的選項真的很想負100分!人員態度差就算了,一般收付的櫃檯小姐動作有夠慢,等了半小時只跳10個人。尤其是6號櫃檯的小姐超級摸魚,很愛聊天故意一直聊天不跳號,而且真的超級沒效率,浪費生命浪費時間!如果不相信的,有錢有閒的可以來跟她聊天,或許會覺得得到貴賓般的禮遇,因為她只跟你聊天不跳號!要不是公司的銀行在這裡,真的壓根不想走進來,又悶又熱,效率差到反應n次也沒在管的。

If it weren't for the company's bank here, I really didn't want to walk in at all, it was stuffy and hot, and the efficiency was so bad that I didn't manage to respond n times.

Good service! Ms. Guo at counter no.11 had been patient and friendly even though the computer system had some troubles that takes me one and half hours to sign for a new account, her elite service and good communication brought me no pressure and ease to complete the whole procedure.
