The clerk didn't call the number when they chatted there.... Waited for more than an hour and still chatting... After being read by the customer, they just didn't call the number... I've never seen such a shameless person. rice bug

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great experience with them in 2016 when I had to open a bank account for a new job, but this time back to Taipei...I have been getting the worst services. I went to two branches this week to take care of different things, one in Taoyuan, one in Gongguan - both unbelievably rude and incredibly unhelpful. If this is because I spoke English the whole time last year when I was there, but this time I try my best to speak Chinese and looking Asian to them....then that's just hypocritical. Seriously considering switching banks now.
Edit: I had to call their customer services number to get everything done efficiently. I recommend their customer services via phone, but the counter ladies have been absolutely horrible. "How would I know when it will be done?" That's exactly what the lady in Gongguan told me with a poker face when I inquired about my new card, even after I told her I won't be in the country after next weekend.
Edit a week later: Finally getting a new card, much better services this time? All different bank tellers though it was only last week. Very strange.
