抽了號碼牌等了很久,卻看到行員先處理排在我號後面抽號碼的人! 這就算了.......... 我ㄧ開始就說沒辦法線上轉帳隨行保鑣密碼被鎖定了,我就是很容易搞不清楚設定密碼一定要記下來的人,卻遇到一個別我還兩光的行員,帶我設定密碼卻不是我需要的保鑣密碼,然後問她我剛設定的是什麼,卻說不用管不用記沒關係,我當然會覺得奇怪,一直問她,卻又解釋的超級不清不楚,還一直去問別的行員,後來說什麼因為約定不約定帳戶轉帳,又說我設定的是保鑣,可明明就不是!因為被搞得很複雜,我一直反問她,到底為什麼我不用記,繞了一大圈才說那個密碼24小時後會重置..... 大姐....一句話就可以讓人懂的東西,妳有必要在那邊講那麼多那麼難然後又原來不相干的內容嗎⋯⋯ 甚至在我嘗試可以成功轉帳離開的時候,眼睜睜看著她在櫃檯跟別的同事說嘴⋯⋯ 有沒有搞錯啊⋯⋯專業度不夠就算了,有沒有專業道德啊 早知道就不要怕繞路了,之前去的別間都很專業,解釋又明確清楚,只是我真的很容易混淆,遇到這種行員真的是很雖
