那麼多客戶反應也沒有要改進，是分行還是員工還是原本管理者沒有能力，真的不知道該說什麼。
客戶來來去去也沒有很多，服務人員那麼多，櫃檯那麼多，啊你們員工都是在發呆是不是，看到有人在等也就裝沒看到，跑去後面吃午餐，不是吃午餐時間也去，午餐時間也去。
還以為這裡是下午茶餐廳耶。
