★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就在剛剛,打電話過去想要查詢今天收到的email問題,結果接電話的男生行員,說只能知道我的帳號進出異動,無法知道有甚麼扣款問題,那口氣就感覺是個沒服務熱忱的老行員,一點也不積極想幫客人解決問題。後來說要幫我轉接給其他部門,沒幾秒就掛我電話了。給你們這銀行一顆星剛好而已!

雖然等了很久但開通網銀辦理的人員很親切服務,很感謝

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 線上申請信貸的部分在4/1就完成了申請,拖到5/16才完成審核,中間前前後後大概打了3.4次電話到客服,說隔天會聯繫我打電話給我,結果連一通電話都沒有? 再來第一次就說要重新拍身份證重傳!好?重新傳了過了一兩個禮拜,沒有任何反應,到今天才又說拍的不清楚叫我在重拍,我回去看E-mail到照片清楚得很! 是找不到理由還是我的眼睛有問題?

2月結清帳戶後、過三個月還寄來金融卡遺失單$200
當時去臨櫃辦理就遇到A專員跟B專員說的不一樣,一個說結清帳戶不用辦簽賬金融卡遺失、一個說要@@
家人去辦理還有c專員說不用繳回銀行、自行剪卡即可。
你們扣錢的速度可以跟上基本專業度嗎
