In the afternoon on weekdays, I waited for an hour to receive the ATM card. Later people didn’t have to wait to apply directly. I heard that it was because of the VIP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank I’ve ever experienced. The security sneezed on his hands and in next 5 seconds he immediately handed the number plate to the upcoming costumer... Any costumer coming inside doesn’t need to be checked if is in fever, also doesn’t have to sanitize of course, while COVID-19 stroke the world severely. Oh they’ll charge you if you forget your password while other banks won’t. TBH, it’s sad but I totally realized why this bank always has less customers than others.
