★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 實在等個有夠久的，辦理繳款竟要一個小時。銀行內部有三個資深行員看起來閒閒沒事幹，裏面辦事的都是資淺的， 看起來是老鳥欺負菜鳥。 雖然重新裝潢，但你的服務品質還是要顧啊!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開薪轉戶跟我說現在都推行數位帳戶，不用開存摺也沒關係，給公司看開戶證明就好，還說前幾天也有一個我們公司的人來，也是開數位帳戶而已，結果公司根本就不接受開戶證明，害我還要浪費時間來補辦存摺，辦理業務的居然只有一個人，動作慢的要死，前面排兩個人，跟我說要再等一小時？！ 可以請貴公司的行員以後不要再亂說話害人了好嗎？！
