江	江屁嘎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天到貴行、一到門口就有接待人員詢問要辦理什麼業務，說明過後接待人員和側邊櫃檯裡面的人員幫我抽了一般收付號碼牌，在現場等待一段時間終於輪到我的號碼，一到櫃檯告訴服務人員要辦理項目她跟我說現在一般收付是滿的、要我重新抽綜合收付。我說號碼牌不是我自己抽的、你們幫忙抽了錯誤的號碼牌，浪費了等候時間…一句要重抽就打發客人，這樣的服務跟專業度實在讓人不敢苟同！非常差勁！ Today, when I arrived at your bank or at the door, there was a receptionist who asked what business I would like to handle. j	jade SUNG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前接到行員電話，要補填資料，結果去到銀行，門口小姐指引我到「綜合業務」辦理，看號碼牌前面只需等待一個人，想說應該很快就輪到我，結果等了40幾分鐘，燈號ㄧ個都沒跳！！再往櫃檯看，一個客人也沒有，只有後來有一個熟客（有說有笑）來，馬上就在辦理，第一次遇到效率這麼差的服務人員，讓顧客等這麼久，也絲毫不以為意，難怪評分這麼低！！ I received a phone call from the staff to fill in the information, and then went to the bank.
