★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃台服務態度差到爆，就是因爲不知道，你們服務人員也沒告知，只叫我抽號碼牌就好，怪我為什麼不問服務人員，櫃檯那什麼態度，以後再也不去了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/11看到一個客戶對彩券櫃台抱怨等近30分鐘，口氣不佳，就我當下看到，彩券櫃台之客戶辦理業務較多，花費時間較長，未完成無法往下叫號，行員也有向該客戶(下一號)說明，哎~~~~該客戶多點體諒即可。遇到長者或不熟業務的人，該分行大多數行員親切說明、協助辦理，甚至碰上銀行的大日子，多少影響作業速度，大家將心比心。對該分行行員，加油打氣，辛苦了！
