★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor efficiency. The employee left her seat multiple times and chatted with her colleagues while handling my business. This is not a proper way to take care your client’s issue.
Meantime, she didn’t mention any precautions in the first place about my issue. It seems like she was in a rush to have another happy chat with her coworkers during office time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional, efficient, polite, friendly, and communicative staff. I opened up a new account (NTU forces you to do this at one of only three possible banks in Taiwan) and had a lovely experience. Wen-Chi helped me, told me what I needed to do, helped me at every step (mostly signing things), and explained what she was doing (my Mandarin is almost zero). Even the front security guy was helpful and friendly! I can recommend this bank. Compared to my other experiences so far (during the pandemic) in Taiwan, opening up this bank account was the easiest and most pleasant. Keep up the good work!
