官股大行華南銀行文山分行螺絲不是鬆了,特權開戶無視庶民權益? 今(111)年2月8日中午12時20分許,抽取官股大行華南銀行文山分行綜合服務號碼牌第529號,前無等候民眾,心想待有櫃台空出即可辦理,且為經濟時效,前已網路辦理預約完成,豈知事先努力毫無助益,現場等候將近1個小時仍排不到,但前面根本沒人,無言~~~ 後經告知網路預約開戶僅係縮短辦理時間,並無法排除現場輪候民眾群聚染疫風險,尤甚是人來人往的室內空間,全程未見有人負責清消,如是放任群聚?如是縱容疫病傳播?如是資通訊思維半套?難道這就是為人詬病官股大行華南銀行文山分行的積弊? 經查貴行文山分行綜合服務櫃台,中午現場僅有7、8號櫃台(記憶或有出入),乍見已有心理準備,不過,號碼牌第528號案件已屆收尾,果不其然,等候30分鐘後,約莫12時50分許,8號櫃檯案件辦畢,依序理應輪至第529號,殊不知現場值班人員(男性,不知名,但確定係行員陳紹楚前手),無視現場等候民眾權益,隨即指示8號櫃台人員林彥希加辦信託案件,該男子一副官威顯赫的手舞足蹈,林員或無從拒絕,任由粗暴插隊,崩壞制度。 靜默至1時05分許,等候時間已達45分鐘,但仍見林員被插隊承辦案件未結,不知案件複雜或其能力有限?只好向值班服務人員求助,無奈僅得「網路預約開戶不會節省等候時間,開戶通常都要排隊至少1個小時才可能辦得到」,云云所述,毫無實益,此等託辭,著實讓人難以苟同,中午時段1個半小時(90分鐘),2個櫃台,只能處理2個案件,倘非身歷其境,無法相信堂堂官股大行華南銀行文山分行如此績效不彰,資通訊作業能力如此龜速、落後,當日算是大開了眼界,Google評價2.9顆星,果非浪得虛名。 劣!劣!劣!劣!劣! 別用人手不足搪塞,既知人手不足,尤應謹守抽叫號制度,不應讓特權插隊! 劣!劣!劣!劣!劣! 2個櫃台服務1位民眾,別說是為加快服務效率,因為只服務1人,非眾人,無法苟同如此棄他人權益於不顧的作法,還是這是官股大行華南銀行文山分行的慣例? 遑論親眼見證耍官威的值班人員與該民眾稱兄道弟,誇張行徑應係舊識,倘這不是特權,什麼才是特權? 劣!劣!劣!劣!劣! 如此特權服務,更讓人瞠目結舌的理由,竟然是原服務櫃台的服務人員沒有證照無法受理特定案件,輪班人員素質參差不齊至此,沒有證照也能派至綜合服務櫃台?抑或這是職場霸凌、壓榨新人、欺負沒有後台撐腰的同仁? 敢問華南銀行文山分行該如何具有市場競爭能力?敢問金融或銀行事業主管機關該如何善盡督導職責? 劣!劣!劣!劣!劣! 網路預約開戶係用來蒐集民眾個資?抑或只是廣告噱頭?如果網路預約開戶無法縮短必須臨櫃申請案件的全程作業時間,那就是一種廣告噱頭,尤甚讓人懷疑背地裡蒐集民眾個資,別用SNY網銀來混淆視聽,這種金融交易限額太低,只能用來推銷給涉世未深的人。 劣!劣!劣!劣!劣! 疫病蔓延,Omicron肆虐,官股大行華南銀行文山分行臨櫃現場竟然毫無清消動作,僅於入口處擺設溫測機、酒精噴劑,舉凡民眾坐過、摸過、經過等處,完全未見有人進行消毒,別以中午人力不足敷衍,防疫沒有中場休息,破口來自藉口,如此散漫態度,如此無視防疫規定,請教華南銀行文山分行社會責任何在?再問衛福部或地方政府主管機關課責作為何在?
