★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超級不願到此分行辦理，每次來都等要30分以上，看不懂裡面有人員、有櫃檯 就是沒人有空幫忙分散等候的人群，跟櫃檯提議…得到的回應是“沒辦法大家都愛來我們這，尤其是婆婆媽媽多……“天啊！所以讓客人“等“已經是很平常的事了…試問如果客訴會改善嗎？
而且，後面的長官都可以視而不見嗎？因為只有這家…所以不怕客源流失嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有夠慢的銀行，辦事總是慢慢慢的磨，主管只會在後面站著看，永遠來這間都是超級慢，開戶要隔週才有實體提款卡，隔週表明要拿卡片也一定要抽號碼牌，就去掉一個多小時，別間銀行拿卡片這種2分鐘的事情都直接快速窗口或主管處理就好了，等到懷疑人生

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行員真的有待加強，一個比一個差，連基本的分辨能力都沒有，能簡單處理的申請項目，也能搞那麼久。基本人員訓練真有夠低能，這樣的也能當行員，素質真不挑。

員工真的有待加強，簡單的開通申請也能用那麼久，到底有在訓練員工？
老行員不知道是不懂，還是無知，也沒事先告知有其他申請信託方式，收印客戶一堆資料，浪費一堆不必要的時間和紙張，而且我們的個資權益呢？真夠爛的銀行人員！
這是有人在管理的公司嗎？
還是因為沒有客訴， 所以隨隨便便做？
沒專業就算了，還超沒效率。
不成長的銀行，關關掉算了！當他用戶還受一堆氣，它馬的…！

是否我們之後有多個業務要辦，可以多抽號碼牌，同時讓多個服務人員幫我服務業務？
可以的話，請告知。
