★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從11:45抽號碼牌時就要等待42位，到現在1:30還沒消化完（輪到號碼），是說行員們需要用餐時間沒錯，但卻都只有2個櫃檯在辦事，辦事效率極差⋯⋯（已去鄰近台企、一銀，辦事回來還是一樣??
From 11:45 when the number plate is drawn, you have to wait for 42 people. It has not been digested at 1:30 (the number is the turn). It means that the clerks need a meal time, but there are only two counters working, which is efficient. Very bad... (I have gone to a neighboring Taiwanese company, Yi Yin, and it is still the same when I come back from work ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般支付業務只有2個櫃檯在辦理服務，有時還只剩一個櫃檯，等了15~20分才跳一個號碼，好幾個人等太久都走掉了，我前面還有20幾號，一度想轉頭走人了，真的等到一把火....
