臨櫃行員都沒有做過職前教育訓練嗎？
我覺得有點納悶。
不知道是不是正常現象

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟其他間銀行比起來真的落差一大截，電話客服永遠忙線中，也沒有回撥機制，到臨櫃辦理事務說在家用網銀即可開通服務，結果回到家網銀上面要我帶資料到銀行辦理請問是????我都到臨櫃了就不能直接開通還要我回家自己用，那要臨櫃幹嘛?現在我還要再跑一趟臨櫃感覺真的很差，到臨櫃又是等等等有夠浪費時間

When I go to the counter to handle the affairs, I can open the service at home online banking. But when I return to my home online banking, I ask me to bring the information. 開戶要一個小時訊問為什麼要這麼久
就不是華南銀行的客戶呀連解釋都不解釋就說就是要這麼久
大熱天的室內座位沒有任何距離管制
只說人太多了你到外面去等
結果下一個進來的人卻讓他坐在室內（？）
完全不知道標準在哪裡
困境最可以考驗店家的服務態度
大家都受到疫情影響
華南銀行的員工與警衛卻把氣出在顧客身上
不難理解為何所有分行的評價都是只有一兩顆星
因為真的很爛

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綜合服務櫃檯真的完全無法領教，雖是補班日，但櫃檯只開放一個（左1是啥鬼會員專用；中間關閉；唯一開放的效率極低），只能給一顆星。多的兩顆星是給2號櫃檯的先生以及主動關心消化效率的保全，但數位帳戶業務的教育訓練還是必須加強。
The comprehensive service counter really cannot be taught at all. Although it is a shift day, there is only one counter open (the left 1 is exclusively for Hagui members; the middle is closed; the only open efficiency is extremely low) and can only give one star. The two more stars are for the gentleman at Counter 2 and who actively care about the preservation of digestion efficiency, but the education and training of digital account business must be strengthened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一進門看到很多人抽號碼後站邊邊等，看見保全人員對進來的客戶說要抽 領航的不屑眼神，在看見行員動作之緩慢，因為很多人在等，且還看見行員對一個可能是大咖畢恭畢敬的說 他去幫忙兩邊編號都抽。。。聽到真的是很無言。。。。的一家銀行。
As soon as I entered the door, I saw a lot of people waiting for numbers after drawing numbers. I saw the disdainful eyes of the security guards telling the customers who came in that they wanted to call the pilot. I saw the slow movement of the crew because many people were waiting. The big coffee respectfully said that he went to help with the numbers on both sides. . . Really speechless to hear. . . . of a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend was rejected for no legitimate reason other than that she didn't look old enough. All she was trying to do was open a savings account for her new job, but they belittled her and rejected her. This is absolutely ridiculous and I hope anybody looking to open an account with 華南 to avoid this branch. They have 0 respect for young people apparently so please do not give them your business.
