走進銀行開戶只有我一個顧客,我直接說明我要申辦Combo 多卡合一所以需開戶才能申辦,原先已有華南其他信用卡,信用良好,並提供證明是居住地,工作地及就學地卻還是被不是戶籍地拒絕。依照洗錢防制法,我去前都做好功課該帶資料證件證明地緣性關係,所以我很納悶怎麼被拒,於是打給華南客服詢求協助處理並通知我再次前往該行,事先我都有照華南銀行線上填寫預約開戶填完個人資料,讓銀行端印出來好快速開戶,到現場銀行資深行員說她沒去印要我再次填寫,到我填完交給行員,行員卻一直要我拿出手機給她操作我的手機登上華南申辦combo卡頁,叫我現場填完給她操作送出才算她的業績,卻一直被顯示未開戶無法申辦,請我等她去詢問其他行員,還有其他行員走來對著幫我辦理業務的行員大聲說你怎麼還不去吃飯? 然後看著我~ 讓我覺得所以是我的錯? 這真的讓人感覺真的很差。 我開戶辦了2個小時,我中午請假出來辦理也很餓好嗎? 我也真的不想在跟行員耗下去,說明我只是來開戶,其他的我可以自己打電話詢問客服,反被行員詢問妳是不是有親友在華南工作?我只能訴說我真的要離開了。 到開戶申辦完3天後我打去客服詢問怎麼網頁都顯示我並未開戶?卻被告知銀行業務端作業疏失無法辦理,客服會通知該行處理好,於是我請求由客服端通知我後續處理問題,不要由該行聯絡我,以上寫出我的漫長開戶經驗讓大家參考。

Incompetent employees, show 4 forms of ID and still want more (Taiwan APRC, health insurance card, drivers license, and American passport). Takes ages and running to a back room several times to figure out what to do every time I go there. Takes 45 minutes and need at least three people to scrutinize my ID TO PUT MONEY INTO AN ACCOUNT. This is every time I go there. Closed accounts there today (took over an hour). Do not have this problem at any other bank.
