服務好,棒,按讚。。。我最近又去多次。看到常客滿,,都要等1小時或半小時。。服務很好。。但人手不夠。堂堂華南銀行這樣大間→卻人手不足,不能從別地方調人耒幫忙嗎。很多人都呱呱叫了。。。。還有一件事放提款卡→拜託不要再拿那張紅色纸不好用。。。就跟中信或土銀那種最好用→好多人稱讚的。。。真美中不足。。。希望能改進。。很多人會稱讚的→華南銀行也會加分的。。。加油喔:辛苦各位。。

因未收到信用卡帳單,12/16至本行,陳柏宇先生非常耐心,敬業幫我查詢原因,也即時發現是原先的業務員幫我地址留錯了,馬上幫我更改, 態度很好,非常感謝陳先生!

因為卡重辦,打去請銀行幫我寄到台中分行,結果從第一位行員說等一下,就轉給第二位,就一樣的話我聽三遍,轉到第四個才辦好,一開始不知道該轉給誰嗎?感覺好像一個推一個ㄧ樣

This must be the slowest, inefficient, underperforming branch of Huanan Bank. They need to be put under corporate review and the tellers given time limits for service. Manager should be fired. Multiple times I've (stupidly) waited over an hour for a 2-minute transaction.
