★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全台灣最爛的銀行分行。建議去轉角五權西路上的兆豐。綜合服務櫃檯6號、7號的兩位女士只顧聊天、喝咖啡、擦口紅，就是沒空理睬客戶。對客戶的詢問不耐煩，只想打發走人，一副官僚十足。連一顆星都不配得。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前印象超深刻不優，中午專程去匯款遇到陳怡欣櫃員，工作態度有條理、細心，並且幫忙處理通儲業務，完全沒有刁難，謝謝！

但門口警衛大哥服務倒是不錯，都會事先提醒真的會等很久，還有辦理什麼樣的業務需要準備什麼資料，等太久時還會來關心一下
