看著行員聊呀聊的，各打自已電腦的，
換錢要等上半個小時以上，不會再踏入此銀行一步。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 輪班接待人員及防疫管制很糟糕。防疫期間人流管制, 分成室內等候及室外等候區, 領完號碼牌要先在室外等候, 視人流再入室內等後; 行內輪班接待人員不知道在作什麼, 顧著聊天, 門口的入內待辦號碼白板也不更新, 且在我之後領號的直接進室內等, 正在納悶要詢問時, 才在門口叫號叫我直接到櫃台辦理, 原本應可入內先行填寫的存提、款單也在櫃台填寫, 而在我之後領號的人也還在室內等後待辦, 浪費大家的時間。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯還有3個沒客戶，不知道在摸什麼，2個號碼等2小時還沒叫號，看櫃員摸一下頭髮，摸一下電腦，跟旁邊聊一下天，到底在忙啥，如果有半顆星可以給的話......趕時間的人不要來這等啊！！！你們不是動物，為何要讓我看妳們那麼久勒....

因至臨櫃換卡，警衛代抽號碼牌問了一堆問題，把前因簡述後警衛拿起美工刀開始刮晶片上氧化的部分，告知是生鏽....這樣就不用辦理及換發，那跟我先前用橡皮擦清理差異在哪？
直接略過一旁的服務專員，自己跟警衛說這不是處理辦法，如果是生鏽刮除後也會再長出來？
何不直接讓我做更換？
警衛刮完晶片再跟我說辦理換卡部分要等7個工作天，再到本行領取......
整個SOP都不對，到底是專員小姐處理？還是警衛是專員？如果本身要等7個工作天抽號碼牌前為何不直接告知？
陳述事情態度都OK，只是服務很糟、流程都亂來！

Why not just let me do the replacement?
After scraping the chip, the guard told me that it would take 7 working days for the card replacement part to be collected at our bank...
The whole SOP is wrong, is it the commissioner to deal with it? Or is the guard a commissioner? If you have to wait 7 working days before drawing the number plate, why not tell me directly?
It’s all OK to state things, but the service is terrible and the process is messy!
