在這銀行用了超過40年，（因自動補摺機沒墨水，沒顯示）聽到臨櫃補摺 需要多證件證明，還唬弄 說帳本磁條被消磁，後來自行又到別台補摺機再試一次，結果正常。
The attitude of the staff at the counter was unsatisfactory.
I have spent more than 40 years in this bank, (because the automatic folding machine is out of ink, it is not shown). I heard that multiple documents are required for the counter to make up the discount. I also fooled that the magnetic strip of the ledger was demagnetized. Later, I went to another station to make up the discount. The machine tried again and the result was normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話去問，問不出一個所以然，口氣差，爛爆。連一顆星都不想給，每次去臨櫃都是等一小事以上，有夠沒效率。看到你是大公司的才會跟你聊天打哈哈。
I called to ask, but I couldn't find out one reason, my tone was bad, and it was horrible. I don't even want to give a star. Every time I go to the counter, I wait for more than a small thing, which is not efficient enough. I will chat with you only when I see you are from a big company.
