★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前幾天來辦網銀與ATM密碼重置，一位男性行員很用心的幫我解決主要問題外也很主動的幫我把沒注意到的部分處理好了，從頭到尾也沒感受到職業倦怠感，很舒適的服務！
 A few days ago, I went to the online banking and ATM password reset. A male staff member helped me to solve the main problem. I also took the initiative to help me deal with the unnoticed part. I didn’t feel burnout from beginning to end. Feeling, very comfortable service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整排櫃檯只會服務一至二位客人，其他櫃員都不知道在忙什麼，所有客人起碼等20號，等到受不了離開，然後櫃檯再喊個一二號人都離開了，他們繼續空著櫃檯繼續忙，是我見過最沒效率的分行
The entire row of counters will only serve one or two customers, and the other tellers don’t know what they are busy with. All customers wait at least the 20th, and wait until they can’t stand to leave, and then the counter calls for one or two people to leave, and they continue to empty the counter. Keep busy, it's the most inefficient branch I've ever seen

過了約定的日期還沒看到存摺，也不主動聯絡
打電話過去才開始找，存摺就流浪了10天
告知已不需要這筆貸款，想直接清償
居然回覆「利息是從核過當天開始算，流浪10天也要算」
利息是不高，手續費倒是不少，處理成這樣，錢收得挺心安的

行員非常熱心服務，還會請客人吃點心， 完全不在乎有沒有人在等喔.....
每次辦業務，總要問隔壁的行員， 好奇怪，總是碰到客戶，都剛好有自己不知道的業務。 還喜歡邊辦業務，邊回答隔壁的問題。
請至少準備花2個鐘頭.....
Slow...slow...slow...
The clerk is very enthusiastic to serve, and will treat guests to snacks, and don’t care if anyone is waiting...
Every time I do business, I always ask the clerks next door. It’s strange, I always meet customers, and they just have business I don’t know. I also like to answer the questions next door while doing business.
Please be prepared to spend at least 2 hours...
