專員(或許只是普通員工約40~50歲女性)，態度隨便，問問題回答不出來
之後等約兩周都無回覆也無通知，信用卡也沒寄來，還要特地上午請假去尋問，發現根本沒被送件審理，反正真的很誇張 很爛。準備把金融卡也剪卡
