辦事效率差到不行,開戶等三小時還排不到,前面一個跟行員聊天就聊一個多小時,我反應了,行員卻說,以後開戶不要中午過後來。 開完戶更扯,領提款卡又要排隊三小時,真的暈倒,別家銀行領提款卡都至詢問台領即可,我真的打開眼界了,以後聽到華南銀行都會怕了,更不用說金錢出入了,辦事效率真的差到不行,裡面小姐就喜歡跟客人聊天,後面一堆人也不顧,真是爛到不行

三月份來銀行開戶, 也是等了好一段時間, 這間華南銀行的客人真的很多 難怪要等那麼久, 旁邊的其他銀行好像都沒幾個人, 不知道是不是會拒辦什麼業務,為什麼大家都要跑來這間華南銀行??? 還有為什麼現在銀行開戶都很麻煩?上次跑兩家民營銀行,都用奇怪的理由拒絕我開戶,最後到這家華銀才成功,雖然審查很久問很多問題 也等很久,但至少開成了, 不像民營銀行問一堆後又都不給開戶, 我猜是這幾年詐騙太猖獗了 , 搞得大家都變得很麻煩…… 下次還是選一間人少一點的銀行,看會不會不用等那麼久, 希望別有更不愉快的經驗……
