想辦綜合服務,抽號前面只有兩位想說應該不久,就看到領航服務什麼的櫃檯兩三位行員一起在跟一位阿姨大聊辦業務(?
半小時後完全沒推進,去問了大聊之一的男行員,行員表示:哦!綜合業務的今天休假欸你要辦什麼嗎
????????????????那請問抽牌抽假的嗎,行員休假你們只開一般收付的櫃檯也先說一聲吧,我前面的兩個人等得好苦,後來說哦那是這位(負責領航業務的小姐)負責,你照順序排吧請耐心等候^_^
然後我就離開了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般業務櫃檯的辦事效率慢,有行員可以閒到在門口幫忙抽號碼牌和喊歡迎光臨,為什麼不多加派人手幫忙,會等到火大。
明明還有將近20位客人在等,中午12點一到2個櫃檯去吃飯休息,只剩一個櫃檯處理,也一樣門口一個行員抽號碼牌,奇怪欸!客人自己不會抽嗎,有問題不會自己提問嗎?既然可以閒著幫忙抽號碼牌,為什麼不再加派人手幫忙,真的很火!
以後寧可跑遠一點去廟東分行辦也不要在這分行辦。

原來銀行裡不是自己的事就閒聊,論家常
第一次聽到華南銀行是這種情況、
曾去過很多銀行,服務好,客氣,有禮貌,顧客多時、行員得空還會自動來服務。
就華南銀行、可能是公家的吧,上班可以閒聊,不管客戶.行員不能把業務講清楚,讓客戶白等
