★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行員動作非常慢，但也看不出在忙什麼。詢問怎麼這麼久，有一次一個不知道是主管還是誰的非常傲慢，說他們就是公司戶多，所以櫃員收件後一次有很多東西要做。很多東西要做可以不用在櫃台做，麻煩排到內勤做，不要浪費我們上班去現場辦事的等待時間。
