行員服務沒有效率,有空的行員沒有馬上按燈叫號,不知在等待何人,幾乎等了5分鐘,仍未按號碼。

櫃檯都空的也都不叫號,辦理事務的時候櫃員還一直去做別的櫃檯的事務,銀行裡只剩我一個人還多空等將近半小時也沒人來協助詢問,行員訓練素質有夠差

打去查詢帳戶為何被扣一筆帳,男行員接應服務態度很差要我電話等候等了五分鐘,還在處理上一個客人,一個問題還要重複講三次,通話到十分鐘我還在等!直接電話轉給有空的女行員,竟然說銀行端那邊查不出來,要我打去客服比較快,整個通話過程非常不愉悅!!!!!!!!因為行員素質非常差,大家沒事不要來造訪!

貴行行員專業素質真是有待加強。雖然本人沒有美若天仙,但也沒嚇死路人過,叫人拉下口罩後嘲笑的表情令人不甚舒服(還噗哧笑),真後悔當下沒詢問妳在笑什麼(2022/2/14 上午2號櫃台人員)。第一次至此分行就令人不悅,再也不會來辦理任何業務。 忘記分享後續(2022/2/20), 當日回家後真是越想越氣,直接寫信客服信箱建議加強行員素質。 下午該分行行長致電過來,電話中除了一昧說該行員沒有惡意外,也只會說不好意思,然後客套的說會提醒行員注意,又突然扯到是不是等候時間很長,因為他們分行位於較台中市中心,要辦理的業務較多什麼的,腦中??? 每家銀行禮拜一都很多人,我早就有心理準備啊…扯這有意義? 銀行行長連道歉學問都要重修,要不要重新站櫃檯學習學習(白眼翻到後腦)
