★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下雨天剛走出火車站正在找接下來要搭乘的公車站牌的時候，櫃檯看我在找公車資訊，非常不耐煩的一直問要去哪裡，得知我是要搭鼎東客運後只說不是我們的車要我趕快走，問他站牌在哪邊等，只要我趕快走不要再囉嗦，早上8:30的男櫃檯對工作沒有熱誠就算了，絲毫沒有同理心，態度差勁前所未見。想要推廣國旅，應該要從根本的小地方開始改善，不然花再多錢補助都沒有意義。

Here is a bus station to Taroko Park, you can buy a One Day Pass ticket inside. The staff give good advice. The bus has a round of time. Should check the bus schedule both going and returning. And plan a trip in visiting various points well This place is next to the train station. Walking out of the train station, it will be on the left hand side, the orange building is the same color as the bus.

彷佛全世界都欠他錢似的，講話用吼的、毫無耐心、態度不屑。
誠摯建議管理階層多多關心該售票員的狀況。
The middle-aged male conductor at the counter has a very bad attitude!
As if the whole world owes him money, he speaks in a roaring, impatient and disdainful manner.
Sincerely suggest that the management should pay more attention to the condition of the conductor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair service with a good waiting area. Bus no.1133a to Tienhsiang, Taroko NP, starts from here. Better check exact bus timetable in case connecting from train station. Minimum transit time is around 10min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most terrible bus ever. Bought the one day trip tickets to Taroko, the driver told us that it’s achievable to the next stop from 燕子口 by walking. What the hell are he thinking? We were almost killed by cars, there is no path for walking at all!!
However it was not the end, we had been waiting for 2 HR for the bus which should come in 29 min. Meanwhile other bus, ex: Bus 302 had passed 3 times.
When we finally back to Hualien station to ask the staff. He said: Oh, it was because the traffic, we can’t control at all... (Nonsense ??)
They destroyed our trip and almost let us killed in Taroko by cars.
