★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幫兒子到吉安戶政事務所抱戶口，因為辦理人員錯誤資訊，跟我說留職停薪勞保補助8成薪跟育兒津貼只能先擇一，導致有2個月育兒津貼補助沒辦法領到，吉安鄉公所也回應之前的2個月沒辦法領，導致人民的權利受損，縣政府育兒津貼相關單位回電來說，確定沒辦法領取，只回一句近期很多都沒領到，就因為你們人員的教育訓練跟資訊錯誤就引響我們納稅人的權利，我想請問政府機關的疏失就回這樣，會不會太扯了。
I helped my son to hold a household registration at the Ji'an Household Registration Office. Because of the wrong information, the management staff told me that I could only choose one of the 80% salary and the childcare allowance. As a result, I couldn't get the childcare allowance for 2 months. Ji'an Township Office also responded that it was impossible to receive it for the previous two months, which resulted in the damage to the rights of the people. The relevant unit of the county government's childcare allowance called back and said that it was definitely not possible to receive it. The education and training of personnel and information errors will affect the rights of our taxpayers. I would like to ask whether the negligence of the government agencies is just like this, will it be too ridiculous.
