★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not exactly a park in my opinion but nevertheless, a great place with amazing views of the coastline and the lighthouse. Pretty good photo-op location too. Easily accessible either by a car/motorcycle/scooter/bicycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in the late afternoon, taxi droped us in the entrance of the thread... Looked like we were in the middle of nowhere. The walk was very relaxing, and the air was fresh and invigorating. After a slow 20 minute walk we arrived to the stone beach.. Nice relaxing day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place may have the best angle to see the lighthouse but it’s not a park at all. In face, it’s part of a garbage landfill so be ready for the Smell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another potentially beautiful place marred by garbage and poor management. Nearly everywhere we walked we found discarded plastic, paper, glass, and other forms of waste. The "cycle path" is frequently used by motorcycles riding at high speed, making it impossible to really relax. An embarrassment to Hualien.
