★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This footbridge affords a view of the harbor and the Hualien coastline. It also leads to a promenade along the harbor. You can also relax at a nearby coffee shop, or have a bite to eat at the adjacent restaurant. This area also marks the entrance to a tree-lined bicycle/pedestrian path that exits at Bei-bin ocean park, perhaps 1 km South. It's a pleasant, easy stroll with many people along the way.
