Hualien Station (Drop Off)

The remodeled Hualien Station held a grand opening ceremony on October 3, 2018! The name of the station is inscribed by calligrapher Dong Yangzi, and in the lobby there is a painting "God Bless Hualien" by artist Lin Xingyue. In addition to the artistic atmosphere, the architect incorporates the imagery of Hualien's landscape: mountains, sea and trees, so that people can feel it from the station To the unique beauty of Hualien. First, there are 10 large welcome umbrellas that combine the imagery of "mountain" and "tree", so that people can feel the beauty of Hualien's mountains and seas before entering the station, and also block the bright sunshine of Hualien for travelers. The front and rear stations, which originally had to be connected by underground passages, were replaced by air bridges, so in the station, in addition to directly watching the trains entering and leaving, you can also watch the take-off and landing of fighter planes on the air bridge.
