內部有售票窗口，和些許座位，車子則是在車站前的馬路邊等候發車......

上車地點非常分散，台灣好行的公車，到太魯閣的公車在這裡搭乘！但（ 三字頭公車）不在花客總站前面，而是在廣場對面(花蓮旅遊中心）旁邊，台灣好行的公車一天只有幾班，要特別注意班次時間！303縱谷花蓮縣，只有1⃣️9:00，2⃣️9:50，3⃣️10:204⃣️11:205⃣️12:106⃣️13:00，最後一班，這裡出發時間只有6⃣️班次：到花蓮雲山水可以在這裏搭車！
