The boss and staff is a Hong Kong family that you won’t go wrong if you want some Hong Kong food.
What I tried and recommended:
Hong Kong french toast 西多士 - the most authentic they I got in Taiwan.
Steamed creamy custard bun 奶皇流沙包 - really made with salty egg yolk and not too sweet
豉椒牛肉炒麵 - it’s same as Hong Kong that’s crispy. A lot of sliced beef and sweet pepper too.
