 An iron bridge beside Mingde Reservoir. There is a small island behind the reservoir that connects to the road. Get off the car in front of the island and cross the (suspension bridge) and then walk around the island to reach the lake-ring bridge.

時常遇到道路封閉，右邊有條小條的林道可以走，但非常不適合汽車跟大型重機，速可達可勉強通行，但很滑很滑很滑。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環湖橋是連接明德水庫南北岸的橋樑,停車場在北岸橋頭邊,橋上有一人行專用道,可以安全的欣賞水庫風光,景色確實不錯,尤其是落日黃昏時,南岸有水頭伯公祠,有涼亭桌椅可供休憩,也有洗手台和廁所,提供遊客方便.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a colorful bridge offering nice view on the reservoir. But the place is also noticeable for being at the crossroads between turning around the reservoir or going further east to reach one central road that goes from North to South.
