古い建物も残っていますが、アートな広場として活用されており週末はイベントも多くやっているようです。
隣接する公園は台北の中心とは思えない広さと緑で散歩をするだけでも気持ちいい場所です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西元一九一二年（民國元年），日本人拆除劉銘傳所築的台北到松山段的部分鐵路，另外修築台北到華山段的鐵路。（也就是現在市民大道台北站到新生南路光華陸橋段。）並營建「華山貨物站」來解決貨物運輸的問題。
華山車站是專門讓貨物裝卸的車站喔！和一般客運車站並不相同。所以站內有許多倉庫和電動起重機。華山車站主要運輸的貨物有水泥建材、米和鹽。
In 1912 (the first year of the Republic of China), the Japanese demolished part of the Taipei-Songshan section of the railway built by Liu Mingchuan, and built the Taipei-Huashan section of the railway. (That is, the section from Taipei Station on Civic Avenue to Guanghua Luqiao Section of Xinsheng South Road.) The "Huashan Cargo Station" was also built to solve the problem of cargo transportation.
Huashan Station is a station dedicated to loading and unloading goods! It is not the same as a general passenger station. So there are many warehouses and electric cranes in the station. The main cargoes transported at Huashan Station are cement and building materials, rice and salt.
