★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1751年，該地漳州人決定於八芝蘭附近的芝山興建祭祀開漳聖王與觀音菩薩的兩廟宇，並在選定廟宇現址後開工。1752年，芝山南向兩廟完成。東側為觀音佛寺，以芝山巖為寺名，西側為開漳聖王廟，以惠濟宮為名。
 In 1751, the Zhangzhou people in the area decided to build two temples for the worship of the holy king and the goddess of Guanyin in Zhishan, near Bazhilan, and started construction after the site was selected. In 1752, Zhishan South completed the two temples. On the east side is the Guanyin Buddhist Temple, with Zhishanyan as the temple name and the west side as the Kailuan Shengwang Temple, named after the Huiji Palace.
