★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The park has a huge space with trees, flowers, river and coffee shops. So it's very convenient for all to take a leisure walk there because the facilities for the old, children are also arranged well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks good now, but will it be maintained properly or just neglected and left to rot, like most other parks in TW?
It's kinda sad that that big open space is now just so much concrete pathway and temporary flower boxes. The rest of it is more or less an improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice place to walk around, even better now that there's floral expo. Better if you go at night, the lights at night offers a different and nice view. Best of all, it's free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long walk to see all landscapes, just find the map around to complete. The bamboo pavillion is the highlight for me. The expo is until 3/24/19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many parts of the park are out of maintenance, such a shame to waste a wet land. Similar to many Taiwanese public venue, they are badly upkeep after the grand opening. City hall should do something about reviving the park after the Floral EXPO and make good use for the locals.
