★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go there using bicycle from nankan to Hutoushan Environmental Park its a great experience for biking and also na scenery is so beautiful, we watched the sunset and also the view at night is amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet place to chill out on weekends. Bring some of your favorite snacks to eat. There is something to be said about eating while watching the view over Taoyuan. There are both toilets and a few food carts in case you forgot to bring some food. There are also apparently some hiking trails nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is convenient here. But the field of the park is quite small. You can see amazing night scenery of Taoyuan city from here. There is also a mountain path to get here from the bottom of Hutoushan. Follow the path direction in the mountain, it takes about 45 to 60 minutes to stroll here. You will definitely get enough exercise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The park though not so large by area yet has a lot of attraction. Beautiful trails through the woods, it's so delightful hearing the birds sing . Refreshment stalls at various spots where drinks and snacks are available. For kids there's also a spot to play seesaw swinging sliding and all that fun. Easy transportation via bus from Tao-yuan train station to the mountain park entrance.

Very good place to take a walk and trek the mountain.
Just beside the temple there is a path for trekking which will take you far from the place, but i will say, you will definitely enjoy the beauty of nature.
You can even hear sound of birds and see bugs on the way.
Temple in itself is a beauty of architecture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice view! Riding bike downhill is easier but there are a lot of wild dogs on the roadside and the road is narrow.
Getting there riding uphill is harder but the road seemed safer for cyclists as there's a bike lane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to chill on the weekend. Bring some foods and just enjoy the view and the breeze, just don't forget to clean up. Some time there will be people playing live instruments which makes the vibe even better. Toilet is available, so does parking space both for scooter and car. Tho for car most likely you'll end up park it in a road side as many people come here on the weekend. Not only enjoying the view, there is also hiking trail nearby if you want to have more adventure.
