民國68年8月正式成立，定名為「台北巿雙園區華江國民小學」，洪成先生為首任校長，學生來自大理國小一至四年級，七百一十二位同學，編成十六班。
華江國小是一所非常優質的小學，它在萬華區彷如世外桃源，校園綠化美化做得很好，家長、社區對學校的的參與度與支持度都非常高，華江的老師都非常專業而認真。
Brief Introduction to Huajiang National Primary School
The Republic of China was formally established in August 1968 and named "Taipei Shuangshuanghua District Huajiang National Primary School". Mr. Hong Cheng was the first principal. The students came from the Dali Elementary School in grades 1-4. There were 712 students in 16 classes.
Huajiang Elementary School is a very high-quality elementary school. It looks like a paradise in Wanhua District. The campus greenery and landscaping are well done. Parents and the community have very high participation and support for the school. Huajiang teachers are very professional. And seriously.
