★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, simple plain dry noodles. Add a poached egg, then spice it up yourself with chili oil, chili flakes, black vinegar, soy sauce, pepper. Simple taste. Nice chew to the noodles. Caters to the locals but waitress spoke English to us and gave us nice service. Tiny place but always people coming in and out.

Fish ball w soup - fish ball w meat inside, taste pretty good. I overheard that people asked for no msg, I was surprised that they have this as an option.
Dry tofu (cold) - so-so
Overall food is great with reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional dry noodles in Taipei you must try! Simple but pretty tasty. Noodles was chewy. Added black vinegar, chili oli and chili flakes(this was so good). Wonton with poached egg broth was nice, too. Very crowded during lunchtime but do not wait so long. Friendly service and super cheap.

The star of the show is the dry noodles with pork sauce. Add a gooey poached egg and customize it with condiments like black vinegar, chilli flakes, white pepper and chili oil and enjoy! The texture of the noodles is bouncy and Q, and it's so filling and satisfying to eat ~
Other popular sides are the meatball soup with poached egg which has a very light traditional tasting broth, good with white pepper! And I loved the cold side dish of tofu skin~
Everything I ordered (small pork dry noodles, meatball and egg soup, tofu skin side dish) was all for under 100nt ? so worth it ♡
