唯一的小小缺點就是麵包點心類的品質
也許是烤箱溫度不夠，每次點三明治或雞肉卷都覺得微溫偏冷
有點可惜~

自己疏忽了寄杯的規則 , 麗陽店內的王先生耐心聆聽我的疑問之外 , 除了將我的問題反映給公司後 , 並在約定好的時間與我溝通解答疑惑 , 在所有的溝通與聆聽過程中 , 沒有絲毫因為忙碌而顯不耐不悅 , 態度親切溫暖.
再來是他的專業 , 介紹冠軍特調系列推薦喜歡拿鐵的我 , 也告訴客人這款咖啡的喝起來的特色與口感 , 喝了 , 真的喜歡 !
店內的員工我觀察的幾次 , 都沒有因為忙碌而不耐煩或臭臉 , 實在讓我感覺非常的驚訝 , 畢竟連我都不確定自己能不能在忙碌時刻注意到自己的態度 !
一早心情真的很好 , 全因為一個溫暖而友善的互動! 很感謝 !

I neglected the rules of sending cups. Mr. Wang in the Liyang store patiently listened to my questions. After reporting my questions to the company, he communicated with me to answer my doubts at the agreed time. During the listening process, there was no impatience and dissatisfaction because of the busyness, and the attitude was cordial and warm.
Next is his specialty. He introduced the champion special blend series and recommended me who likes latte. He also told the guests the characteristics and taste of this coffee. After drinking it, I really like it!
I have observed several times the employees in the store, and they have not been impatient or sullen because of their busyness. I am really surprised. After all, even I am not sure if I can notice my attitude when I am busy!
I was in a really good mood this morning, all because of a warm and friendly interaction! Thank you very much!
